RESOPNSIBILITIES :

  • Providing technical support for Level I issues via helpdesk and the telephone.
  • Demonstrating the ability to diagnose complex customer application issues and provide quick and accurate solutions within a collaborative environment.
  • Provide support and deal with customer issues
  • Documenting professionally all support service
  • Report to System Manager daily, weekly and monthly

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or computer science or related filed.

SKILL

  • Able to administrator hosted services, such as email client/servers, FTP clients/servers, control panels, virtualization technologies, and web site migration involving databases
  • Knowledge of the cPanel/WHM control panel.
  • Good English skill in writing and speaking


EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1  years’ experience related to field
