RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to customer, mainly related to company products and services
  • Respond promptly and efficiency to customer inquiries
  • Provide the best customer care and Satisfaction
  • Coordinate for setup new connection
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Record details of inquiries, comments in Support System
  • Cooperate and communicate with all Department related job

REQUIREMENT

  •  Bachelor degree of information technology or related field
  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices and relevant computer application
  • Good English and Chinese
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Data collection and ordering

  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN, LAN,
